Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

There are a few exceptions:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use
• Only full cases will be accepted

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1.     Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

2.     Unless an item is faulty, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer

3.   Include a note of the order reference in the package

4.   Send back within 30 days of purchase

We aim to refund or replace an order within 7 days of receiving the return.
