Today, I'm introducing one of my absolute favourites: ginger and turmeric shots with Benson’s Apple Juice. It’s bold, warming, and packed with benefits—perfect for fighting off those early-year colds and giving your body a natural boost!
Why Ginger, Turmeric, and Apple?

How to Make Ginger & Turmeric Shots
Ingredients:

60g root ginger

20g fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)

400ml Benson’s Apple Juice

½ a lemon, squeezed

A sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional)

More apple juice if you prefer it more diluted
Instructions:

Peel and chop the ginger and turmeric (if using fresh).
