🍏 Cox
A long-time British favourite. Cox apples are firm, aromatic, and naturally well-balanced—bringing both sweetness and a touch of sharpness to the juice. Solid, dependable, and full of classic apple flavour.
🍎 Gala
Known for its easy sweetness and thin skin, Gala adds a smooth, mellow note to our blends. It’s one of the most popular apples in the UK—and for good reason: it's consistent, juicy, and crowd-pleasing.
🍏 Braeburn
Braeburns add a welcome zing. Their crisp texture and sweet-tart bite lift the flavour of the juice and keep it tasting fresh. Great when you want a bit more brightness in the bottle.
🍎 Jonagold
A mix of sharp and sweet, Jonagold apples are juicy, light-fleshed, and full of orchard-fresh flavour. We love them for their bold profile and how well they balance with other apples in the press.
🍏 Kanzi®
A slightly more modern variety, Kanzi® apples are crunchy and clean, with just the right amount of tang. They're the kind of apple that gives juice a bright, rounded taste without overpowering it.
🍎 Red Devil
This one’s a bit of a wildcard. Red Devils are sweet with a subtle berry-like note—and their naturally pink flesh gives our juice a soft blush colour. They don’t hang around for long in the season, but we love using them while we can.
🍏 Falstaff
Falstaff apples are crisp, zesty, and really juicy. Their sweet-sharp flavour makes for a refreshing, lively juice that tastes like it’s just come off the tree. Always a welcome addition when they’re in season.
