Homemade Nando's Peri-Peri Chicken Rice Bowl
          
        Two of our children, Nuala and Archie, decided it was high time we enjoyed a Nandos (at home obviously!) so they’ve taken it upon themselves to get creative in the kitchen and follow the Nandos PERi-PERi Chicken Rice bowl recipe! Here are the results. I hope you’ll all agree they did a GREAT job! Enjoy!
Everything you need to make Nandos PERI-PERi Chicken Rice Bowls – at home!
Fancy trying this at home yourself? Here’s the recipe to follow:

- 50ml PERi-PERi sauce
 - 10ml soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 2 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 carrot
 - 80g spinach
 - 1 cup long grain rice
 - 1 50g cooked shredded chicken
 - 2 large eggs
