Two of our children, Nuala and Archie, decided it was high time we enjoyed a Nandos (at home obviously!) so they’ve taken it upon themselves to get creative in the kitchen and follow the Nandos PERi-PERi Chicken Rice bowl recipe! - 50ml PERi-PERi sauce
- 10ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 carrot
- 80g spinach
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 50g cooked shredded chicken
- 2 large eggs
