From Blossom to Bottle in the Heart of the Cotswolds

Before there are apples, there’s blossom.

In March, our orchards begin to stir. After months of bare branches and winter skies, tiny buds appear and slowly open into soft white and blush-pink blossom. For a few short weeks, the trees are transformed. It is one of the most beautiful moments in the farming calendar, and one of the most important.

Because this is where the apple year begins.

The Start of Something Good

Blossom season is gentle on the eye, but it carries real significance. Bees move from flower to flower, pollinating as they go. If the weather is kind and the frost holds off, those delicate flowers will begin their journey to becoming apples.

In the Cotswolds, farming follows the rhythm of the seasons. There is patience in it. Care. Attention to what the land is doing. As a local, family-run business pressing British apples in the heart of the Cotswolds, we stay closely connected to that rhythm. The flavour of our juice months from now depends on what happens in these early spring weeks.

Good juice starts long before the press. It starts here, in the orchard.

From Blossom to Apple

As spring turns to summer, petals fall and small green apples begin to form. Through sunshine and rain, they slowly grow, developing their natural sweetness and balance. By autumn, the same trees that were covered in blossom are heavy with fruit.

That full journey, from blossom to harvest, is what gives our juices their depth of flavour.

We press real British apples. We never use concentrate. We never add sugar. What you taste comes from the fruit itself, shaped by the season and the soil.

Cloudy Apple Pressed Juice

Our Cloudy Apple Pressed Juice is apple at its simplest and best.

Pressed from British apples in the Cotswolds, it keeps its natural cloudiness, which holds so much of the apple’s character. The flavour is fresh, rounded and properly appley. Not overly sweet. Not too sharp. Just balanced, as nature intended.

There are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. No added sugar, only the naturally occurring sugars from the fruit. It is simply pressed apples, carefully blended by a friendly family team who care about doing things properly.

When you pour a glass, you are tasting the whole apple year, from that first blossom in March to the final press after harvest.

Sparkling Cloudy Apple

For something lighter and a little more lively, our Sparkling Cloudy Apple starts with the same pressed British apples and adds a gentle sparkle.

It is crisp, refreshing and bright, with the depth of cloudy apple lifted by fine bubbles. Easy to enjoy straight from the fridge or poured over ice, it brings the orchard into everyday moments.

Just like our pressed juice, it is never from concentrate and contains no added sugar. Only the naturally occurring sugars from the apples themselves.

Rooted in Place

We are proud to be part of the Cotswolds landscape. A local, family business working with British apples and following the natural flow of the seasons.

Every spring, when the blossom appears, we are reminded that this is where it all begins. Before the apples. Before the pressing. Before the bottle or the can.

From blossom to bottle, it is a story of patience, care and proper farming in the heart of the Cotswolds.
