We are kicking off Bensons Valentine’s Brunch with a drink that sets the tone for the morning. This Apple and Ginger Smoothie is fresh, lightly spiced, and beautifully bright, designed to highlight the crisp, warming flavour of Bensons Apple and Ginger Pressed Juice. Simple to make and full of character, it is the perfect way to begin a relaxed Valentine’s brunch. Part two arrives next week.

Why we love this smoothie

At the heart of this recipe is Bensons Apple and Ginger Pressed Juice, a bold and refreshing blend that brings natural sweetness and gentle heat in equal measure. Made with whole-pressed British apples and a carefully balanced hit of ginger, it delivers a clean, vibrant flavour that works beautifully in smoothies.

Pressed in the Cotswolds using sustainably sourced fruit, Bensons juices are made with no added sugar or concentrates, letting the ingredients speak for themselves. In this recipe, the juice lifts the fruit and adds warmth without overpowering, keeping everything light, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
