Now being served at Dunkertons Park, this cocktail has become a firm favourite with visitors looking to enjoy a taste of the Cotswolds in a glass. The best part? It’s just as easy to make at home.
Crafted with a handful of thoughtfully chosen local ingredients, this cocktail is light, crisp, and bursting with flavour.
🌼 Ingredients:

A sprig of mint, gently bruised to release its aromatic oils

A generous shot of Cotswolds Dry Gin – smooth and botanical, handcrafted in the heart of the Cotswolds

1 tsp of Bottle Green elderflower cordial – delicately floral with a hint of sweetness

50ml of sour lemon juice, for a refreshing citrus lift

Ice, filled to the top of the glass

Bensons Totally Fruity Just Apple juice, to top up – naturally cloudy apple juice made with 100% British apples

Garnish with a fresh mint leaf
🍹 Method:
Start by bruising a sprig of mint in your hands and dropping it into a tall glass. Add the Cotswolds Dry Gin, elderflower cordial, and lemon juice. Fill the glass with ice and top up with Bensons Totally Fruity Just Apple. Give it a gentle stir, garnish with a mint leaf, and serve immediately.
