Meet Mango...the juice and the pup!

Meet Mango...the juice and the pup!

There are some combinations that just work without needing much explanation, and mango and apple is one of them. It is a blend our customers come back to time and time again, especially as the seasons begin to shift and spring starts to settle in.

There is something about this time of year that naturally changes what we reach for. The days get lighter, the air feels softer, and everything starts to feel a little more open. It becomes less about heavier flavours and more about something fresh, balanced and easy to enjoy. Mango and apple fits that moment perfectly.

A naturally balanced blend

The blend itself is simple, but that is exactly where its strength lies. The softness of ripe mango brings a gentle, rounded sweetness, while apple adds that clean, crisp edge that lifts everything.

It is refreshing without being too sharp, smooth without being too rich. The two work together effortlessly, creating something easy to drink at any time of day.

From orchard to glass

At the heart of it all is apple. Carefully squeezed British apples, grown and pressed in the Cotswolds, give the juice its structure and freshness. It is what keeps the blend light and drinkable.

From there, ripe Alphonso mango is added, bringing a natural depth and a subtle tropical note that rounds everything out without overpowering it.

It is also made in a way that stays true to the fruit. Never from concentrate, no unnecessary extras, just good ingredients handled properly. Everything is blended to preserve the natural character of both fruits.

What it pairs well with

That balance is what makes it so easy to pair. It works beautifully alongside light, seasonal food.

Think simple lunches like fresh salads with herbs, grilled chicken, or soft cheeses where the sweetness of the mango complements without overwhelming. It is equally at home with brunch, poured alongside pastries, yoghurt and granola, or something as simple as toast and honey.

For something a little warmer, it also pairs well with gently spiced dishes. The natural sweetness of mango softens heat, making it a good match for lightly spiced curries, roasted vegetables, or anything with a bit of warmth to it.

Even as part of a spring picnic spread with sandwiches, fruit and crisps, it just fits without needing much thought.

A little closer to home

And it is not just a favourite in the glass. Around here, it has become part of everyday life in its own way.

Lexi even named her littlest pup Mango after the blend, which says everything about how well loved it has become across the team. It is one of those small details that reflects just how much this combination has stuck with us.

Made for this time of year

As we move further into spring, it is exactly the kind of drink that feels right for the season. Bright, balanced and uncomplicated.

A reminder that when the ingredients are good, you do not need to do much at all.

If you have not tried it yet, this might be the moment to see why it has become such a favourite.
