We're very happy to announce we're expanding our team and are looking for the right person to fill this role:

 

Personal Assistant

Sherborne, Gloucestershire
This new exciting role involves assisting the MD with sales and marketing duties and other office
administration. The varied role will be mainly office based but could include visiting customers. A
current knowledge of social media is essential to really market our brand to its full potential.
A driving license is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the MD with administrative support on Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Social media content/ideas
• Supporting the office team
• Coordinating meetings and discussions with potential and current customers
• General office administration


Required Qualifications

• A graduate qualification would be beneficial


Knowledge & Skills Required


• Pro-active with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Emotionally Intelligent
• Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Current social media knowledge and skills
• Microsoft Office and power point skills
• Time management skills - able to manage multiple projects with shifting and short deadlines


Benefits:


• Pension – auto enrolment
• 22 days holiday including Bank/Public holidays – increasing to 24 after 2 years.
Salary: Depending on experience


Hours Per Week: 

Full-time, between 8.30am and 5pm Mon-Fri
