Lexi created Chilly Billy (named after her son Billy Benson) when her children were small and she noticed that kids’ dessert menus were often full of processed and sugar laden treats.

A simple pressed juice ice lolly with no added sugar seemed like a great alternative which was quickly snapped up by restaurants and cafes around the country.
