Homemade Nandos PERi-PERi Chicken Rice Bowl

Two of our children, Nuala and Archie, decided it was high time we enjoyed a Nandos (at home obviously!) so they’ve taken it upon themselves to get creative in the kitchen and follow the Nandos PERi-PERi Chicken Rice bowl recipe! Here are the results. I hope you’ll all agree they did a GREAT job! Enjoy!

Nandos PERi-PERi Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients
  • 50ml PERi-PERi sauce
  • 10ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 80g spinach
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 50g cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 large eggs
