Yoghurt, Roasted Oats and Fruit

A healthy wake up to the morning. Serve in tall sundae glasses for a special occasion or try using flavoured yogurt for a different taste.

Serves 4
Preperation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 100g jumbo porridge oats
  • 2 rips English pears cored and diced
  • 2 English red apples cored and diced
  • 1 Banana
  • 500g low fat natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp clear honey

Directions

  1. Prehead the oven to 200C, gas mark 6
  2. Place the oats on a baking tray and roast for 5 mintues
  3. Cool slightly
  4. Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir in the oats
  5. Serve chilled and drizzled with honey
